Delivery / Shipping Policy

We make deliveries within the country and outside the country. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales set out on our Site; however, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors.

We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within the estimated timescales where they did not occur due to our fault or negligence.

The delivery time starts from the day you place your order, and payment (to PAYBILL 937097 a/c KKB) is received to the time of receipt.

For orders outside regions accessible by ‘Boda’ courier services, delivery is done via the client’s choice of reference. i.e., Buses, Cargo Couriers, etc.

Delivery fees vary with ones location using the available courier services.
However, we do allow for Pick ups to be done at our offices, during the working hours.

Business days are from Monday to Friday and do not include weekends or public holidays.
